Within your PSA, Traceless' pod operates similarly to our standalone application. As an additional resource, we've attached that standalone KB article here.
We'll use ConnectWise Manage for our demonstration. The Traceless podview will look similar no matter the PSA you utilize.

At A Quick Glance
Traceless' pod will look like the image above. As a user, you will have the following options:
Top Buttons
MFA: Verify a user's identity through multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Secure Data: Send or request secure data
Secure Files: Send or request secure files
Help Center (?): Access our Help Center or open a support ticket
Bottom Buttons
Request Data or Send Data: In the bottom righthand corner of your Traceless podview, you will have the option to 'Request Data' or 'Send Data'. The same options are available for transferring secure files.
Once you select 'Request Data' or 'Send Data', your podview will take you to the screen above, providing you with a secure link to the trace you just created.
Here, you may choose what method of delivery you would like using the dropdown menu. When you are ready to send your data, press 'Send Link'.
You also have the option to copy&paste the secure link provided and send it to your recipient that way.
A Deeper Look
Let's review these options more in-depth.
MFA
MFA
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enables you to verify a user's identity through the method of your choosing.
Using the dropdown menu, you'll be able to send an MFA code through the method of your choice, depending on what integrations you implement:
Service ticket itself
Number on file
Email on file
Alternative SMS number
Landline
DUO Push
MS Auth Push
Okta Verify

Secure Data
Secure Data
This is text-based data only
You'll notice that in the provided text box, an auto-generated passphrase will be displayed. Simply remove the text to write your own message. Or use the lefthand dropdown menu and select 'Blank Field.'
If you would like to regenerate a new passphrase, simple click the 'Secure Data' button again.
Optional Passcode: This feature allows you to add a personalized passcode. The recipient must input this passcode in order to access the trace itself. This is a separate feature from our password generator and solely for accessing the trace altogether.
Using the leftmost dropdown menu, you can select Dinopass with varying complexities, Traceless with varying complexities, or SHA256 which is another password generator. SHA256 stands for Secure Hash Algorithm 256-bit.
In addition, you will be able to customize your trace's time to live (TTL) using the rightmost dropdown menu.
In the bottom right corner of your Traceless podview, notice that you will have the option to either request data or send data.
Secure Files
Secure Files
This is file-based data only that must be uploaded
Drag and drop or upload a file to your Traceless pod to send data.
Optional Passcode: This feature allows you to add a personalized passcode. The recipient must input this passcode in order to access the trace itself. This is a separate feature from our password generator and solely for accessing the trace altogether.
Notice that your dropdown menu options have simplified from that of sending 'Secure Data'. You no longer have the option to customize your password auto-generation as it is no longer applicable. However, you will still be able to customize your trace's TTL.
You will be able to request or send files similarly to how you send data.
Thanks so much!
