If you are migrating between versions of ConnectWise Manage you will need to update your settings in order for your pod to contiue to work.

Good news is this is very quick and easy!

1. Navigate to the Traceless settings page.

2. Scroll down to the ConnectWise API Settings area

3. Change the Optional API Url to your new ConnectWise manage login URL. Screenshot below:

4. Click Update.
