How do I request data from a customer or client?

You can start this process on the same page where you send a trace on our website application (picture below).

Here is the link to that will redirect you: traceless.io/v1/

*We recommend that you are signed into your account beforehand

If you would like to request data, fill in the recipient email (if you are the receiver, input your desired email) and set your desired duration if applicable.

Then, copy the URL from your browser.

Send the copied URL to your recipient, requesting data.

Be sure to mind the toggle button in the upper left corner depending on whether you would like to request text-based data or file-based data.
